How far in advance should I book crew?

As early as you can — two to four weeks is ideal for large shows, but call us even last-minute. We regularly cover rush calls.

Do you provide labor-only, or gear too?

Both. Book just the crew, or bundle labor with our full AV inventory — audio, lighting, LED walls, staging, and more.

Do your techs travel?

Yes. We’re based in Colorado and regularly crew shows across the Front Range and the surrounding states as well.

Can I get the same crew for a multi-day run?

Absolutely — we staff multi-day conferences, festivals, and tours with consistent crews so your show stays tight.
