Ceremony & Reception Sound
Your vows deserve to be heard in the back row. We set up discreet ceremony speakers and wireless microphones so every word carries without cluttering your photos, then run a full reception PA with clean, even coverage for dinner, toasts, and dancing. Bring your own DJ and we handle their setup and sound check — or book a DJ through Vibe and we coordinate everything for you.
Uplighting & Ambience
Uplighting is the fastest way to make a plain ballroom feel like your wedding. We color-match wireless uplights to your palette and place them to wash walls, columns, and architectural features — like the stone fireplace in the lodge reception above — in warm, even color. When the party moves from dinner to dancing, the same lighting shifts the mood of the whole room with it.
Starlit LED Dance Floor
Our starlit LED dance floor turns the middle of the room into the main event: a glossy floor lit with hundreds of tiny points of light, so your first dance feels like dancing under the stars. It is the reception centerpiece guests photograph all night, and it pulls everyone onto the floor after dinner.
Glowing LED Cocktail Tables
Glowing LED cocktail tables carry your colors into cocktail hour and lounge areas. We set each illuminated table to your wedding palette, so they work as light, decor, and a natural gathering spot for guests between the ceremony and the reception — and in every photo taken around them.
Cold Spark Send-Offs
End the night with a grand exit that photographs like a movie scene. Our cold spark machines throw a fountain of sparks that stay cool to the touch and are safe for indoor and outdoor use with venue approval. We position and fire them on cue as you make your escape — the photo moment everyone talks about the next day.

Can we book a DJ through you, or bring our own?
Either way works. Bring your own DJ and we supply and run all the sound and lighting gear they need, or book one through Vibe — we work with top DJs across Colorado and coordinate their setup, rider, and sound check for you.
What decor do you handle — and what don’t you?
We handle AV plus decor accents: uplighting, drape, starlit dance floors, glowing cocktail tables, and cold spark effects. We are not a full-service florist or decor design studio — we work alongside your florist and planner, and coordinate with them so everything arrives and sets up together.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Colorado and cover weddings across the state — Front Range venues, mountain towns, and everywhere in between. Send us your venue and date, and we will confirm the travel details in your quote.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Popular Colorado dates — especially summer and fall Saturdays — often book 9 to 12 months out. That said, reach out even on a shorter timeline; if the crew and gear are available, we will make it happen.
What does a quote include?
Your quote includes the gear, delivery, setup, sound check, an on-site crew to run everything, and teardown — one clear price with no surprise add-ons. Quotes are free, and Spanish-language service is available (se habla español).
